Can I order a design you’ve already made?
Yes. You can purchase any of our previously created 3D tumbler designs exactly as shown. These designs are part of our 3D collection and are ready to order.
Can I customize an existing design?
Yes. Many customers choose an existing 3D design and add small customizations such as a name, date, or color adjustments. These are considered light customizations and do not require a full custom build.
What if I want a completely new design?
If you have a specific idea, theme, or concept that hasn’t been created before, you can start a fully custom 3D build. We will design your tumbler from scratch based on your inspiration.
What’s the difference between an existing design and a custom build?
- Existing designs are previously created themes that can be ordered as shown or lightly personalized.
- Custom builds are designed entirely from scratch and are one-of-one creations made specifically for you.
Both options are handcrafted with the same quality and raised 3D details.
How does the custom build process work?
Once you start a custom build, we’ll review your idea and create a design. After, we begin production and keep you updated throughout the process.
Are these tumblers mass-produced?
No. All of our 3D tumblers are made to order. We do not mass-produce or use templates. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail.
How long does it take to receive my tumbler?
Most 3D tumblers are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on design complexity. Shipping time is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship our custom tumblers to customers across the United States and International
Are custom 3D tumblers refundable?
Because these are custom-made products, orders are non-refundable once production has started. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
